It’s more commendable still to learn from the experience and evolve. Making significant changes like ousting a COO and going doxxed are by no means simple decisions. I genuinely wish Pyrin well if this is indeed a shift in their approach. I’m unsure of their future plans, but transparency, realism, and respect are essential for any ingenuity in a community-focused environment. I hope they find a way to better incorporate the community into their development process as they move forward. Now that the individual who made toxic comments about Kaspa is no longer involved, I regard the dispute as settled (providing there’s no repeat of shady practices like insufficiently attributed code replications). Admitting your mistake isn’t easy, especially after being so cocky before and refusing to acknowledge the consequences after. It is even more commendable to learn the lesson and evolve. It is, by no means, trivial to make deep changes such as ousting a COO and going doxxed. If this shift in Pyrin’s approach lasts, I wish them nothing but well. I still don’t know what they have planned, but whatever it is, keeping it transparent, realistic, and respectful is the only way any ingenuity is possible in a community-based environment. I hope they learn to better involve the community in their development process moving forward.
